The eFoam of Liang-Haw Technology offers environmental-friendly material with waterproof, heat and acoustic insulation and higher service temperature for vehicle industry. The eFoam series products are cross-linked by electron beam (EB) radiation (without chemical corss-linker, such as DCP) and no volatile organic compounds (VOC) existed. Therefore there is no chemical odor filled in the car. It is a light weighted, long lasting and energy saving materials suitable for vehicle applications.

Wide process temperature (-80℃~110℃, even up to 140℃ for a special specification). Extremely low water absorption or moisture penetration rate. Good weatherability and chemical resistance. Suitable for thermal or vacuum thermal molding. Non-toxic, no odor or no volatile organic compounds (VOC). Meet Taiwan EPA Eco Label Class 1 and Class 2. Comply with European Union (EU) RoHS requirements.
Characteristics：
Extremely low water absorption (closed cell structure), good thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, energy saving, cold resistance without
brittle (low Tg), hydrolysis-resistant and suitable for extensive service temperature, UV and chemical resistance, double-layer fine surface, light
weight, shock-absorbing and cushion, non-glue adhesion to various synthetic fibers.
Special fuction：
Fire retarded grade (UL94 HF-1, FMVSS 302), high service temperature.
