The eFoam is a new-type environmental-friendly material developed by Liang-Haw Technology for a great number of sports personnel. It has superior performance and more durable characteristics than the ordinary (e.g. EVA) material.
Advantage：
The eFoam series products are cross-linked by electron beam (EB) radiation (without chemical corss-linker, such as DCP). These are closed-cell polyolefin foam products and can be supplied in rolls. Wide process temperature (-80℃~110℃, even up to 140℃ for a special specification). Extremely low water absorption or moisture penetration rate. Good weatherability and chemical resistance. Suitable for thermal or vacuum moldings. Non-toxic, no odor or no volatile organic compounds (VOC). Meet Taiwan EPA Eco Label Class 1 and Class 2. Comply with European Union (EU) RoHS requirements
Characteristics：
Extremely low water absorption, light weight, hydrolysis-resistant, shock-absorbing, thermal pressing forming or DIE-CUT, suitable for glue sticking or hot sticking, drilling hole to increase the ventilation, can be skived, cold resistance without brittle fragility (low Tg).
Special function：
Anti-static (for clean room, electronic parts packing), thermal molding.
Use：
Lining, stuffing, upper, insole.
